I recently bought an HP Pavilion convertible. during a reset it no longer worked and gave me the blue screen of death. after more than 9 calls and 2 visits of technicians I was out of luck ready to give up on my new computer. Not to mention This was on New Years as well. he sat me down and told me the best scenario and what the at worst situation would be price wise. I was more than pleased to hear that he was able to do it with the best scenario we discussed. I came in 5 minutes before close and he even stayed late to make sure I would have my computer fixed in time for my remote job in the morning. 10/10 customer service! he knows what he's doing and I will definitely not be going to anyone else. he does excellent work and takes care of his customers and even stayed late to make sure I was ready for work at 8 am the following day. This guy is the best. Highly recommend him. I had just bought a new laptop from Amazon and the ctrl key had some sticky rubber substance in the crack and underneath holding the key down and restricting the bounce back. It was very annoying. I first went to the other tech repair location in the plaza next door, and the guy there told me that I needed to order a new keyboard for $300. Then I brought it over to Quick Laptop Repair he quickly looked at it. Used some hand sanitizer and a little tool, cleared up the residue underneath the button, got it working back to new, and didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t accept a tip. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly - HONEST. recommend this guy. I will be back.
